MEET COURTNEY:

Your host Courtney is one of Dallas’s most respected voices in plant-based dining, having served as a restaurant consultant for multiple Dallas kitchens developing plant-based menus, including collaborations with chefs in Bishop Arts and Lower Greenville. She’s a contributing writer for Dallas vegan lifestyle publications, has been featured in local media roundups highlighting plant-based dining, and is a frequent guest speaker at North Texas sustainable food events.

Her culinary credibility extends beyond the plate too! She’s organized pop-up vegan events, hosted chef-led workshops, and volunteers with local animal welfare and urban agriculture organizations, giving her a unique, full-circle perspective on the ethics and evolution of plant-based eating in Texas.

Warm, knowledgeable, and endlessly enthusiastic, Courtney blends culinary expertise with her Dallas hometown pride – making her not just a guide, but a true ambassador for the city’s vibrant and fast-growing vegan food scene.
