Food Tours of America is currently looking for great people to join our team! We’re hiring enthusiastic part-time tour guides in Dallas, Fort Worth and Grapevine as well as detail-oriented staff for remote administrative work.

Part-Time Tour Guide:

We are seeking passionate, highly energetic and responsible people as Tour Guides who can command a crowd, make them laugh, and handle ordering of food and tipping​ correctly at restaurants/bars for large groups. Experience as a restaurant server/bartender or tour guide is preferred but we’re open to all applicable experience. You should be comfortable with mobile technology as our tours are run through apps. You should also be able to stand for long periods of time and walk distances easily. Our ideal teammate is able to work independently and solve problems on their own all while keeping a positive, team player attitude. Consistent, reliable timeliness and the ability to manage a flexible schedule are key. Our tours operate mostly Friday-Sunday but weekday positions are also available.

    Administrative Assistant:

    We are se​eking organized, responsible, and proactive Administrative Assistant​s to support our team of tour guides and keep our operations running smoothly!​ This is a part-time, flexible​, remote position ideal for someone looking to complement other commitments or work pursuits. The role involves schedule management, tour logistics coordination, and providing key support to both our tour guides and management team. Self-motivated individuals with a flexible schedule are preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain tour schedules, coordinate guide availability, and ensure guides are prepared and on time for each tour.
    • Manage administrative processes including guide scheduling, check-ins, and feedback collection.
    • Serve as a liaison between Food Tours of America and our partner restaurants, assisting in establishing and maintaining positive relationships.
    • Serve as a liaison between Food Tours of America and our guests, resolving any customer service issues.
