Things to do in West Village For Adults
If you are looking for a day of fun without the kids than this one is for you! With many things to do in West Village, we had to share one of our favorite happy hour spots!
Happy Hour at Baboush
Love hookah? Baboush offers Happy Hour Monday through Friday from 4 – 7 p.m., including half-priced hookah and drink specials. While you’re there, try the Baboush Mezza Platter – a delicious plate of all the spreads: Babaganoush, Hummus, and Moroccan Sweet Tomato Spread and pita bread, with Falafel and Moroccan Olives.
At Public School 214, enjoy carafes of Mimosa, Beermosa, Michelada or Bloody Mary every Saturday and Sunday. Make it a date! They also offer brunch menu options from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m., and you absolutely must try the Fried Chicken & Green Chile Cornbread Waffles. With bacon red-eye gravy, maple syrup, and topped off with a fried egg – it’s a taste you don’t want to miss!

The popular summer movie night at the South Alley in West Village is back! Screening FREE movies – with live entertainment before the movie begins. Gather family and friends and bring your own blankets and chairs to enjoy the movie. West Village’s restaurants will provide a cash bar and snacks will be available for purchase. Film presentations include The Wedding Singer, Julie & Julia, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Mean Girls, and The Greatest Snowman. Live entertainment begins at 7:00 p.m. and movie screenings begin at 8:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy a great film, delicious food, and the West Village sights.
