The idea took off, and grew into such a phenomenon that the company now includes three food trucks, and a brick and mortar location in historic Deep Ellum. Easy Slider has won a number of local and national awards, including Best Food Truck in Dallas (Dallas Observer, D Magazine, Dallas Voice), and 21 Best Food Trucks in America (Thrillist).
The menu offers fresh ingredients of the highest quality, and in addition to sliders with unique toppings, Easy Slider showcases seasonal items that make the menu even more magnificent. They make their bread fresh each day, and sauces are made in-house. The favorite? The Sweet & Lowdown. Made with Certified Angus beef, and generously topped with bacon, goat cheese, and strawberry jam, this is a pleasure for your palate that you don’t want to miss! Don’t forget the tots – the Loaded Tots, that is. Go all out with the deliciously topped potato treat, finished with cheddar, bacon, green onion, and ranch. 3 Eleven Kitchen & Cocktails in the historic West End area of Dallas embraces the philosophy, “Every ingredient has a purpose.” 3Eleven is a modern American eatery serving farm fresh delectable dishes and scratch cocktails with a vintage twist. For starters, try the Seasonal Harvest, which consists of roasted cauliflower and sweet potato, pan fried Brussel sprouts, house pickled carrots and red onions, garlic and pepper hummus, as well as crustini and grilled naan bread.
It’s a taste your mouth doesn’t want to miss. When it comes to the main course, the selections are grand and each more appealing than the last. We like the Braised Angus Beef Short Rib with cauliflower puree, roasted baby carrots, red wine au jus, and finished with horseradish cream.
