Hosted at the Dallas Farmers Market, the Dallas Margarita Meltdown features local restaurants and their delicious concoctions of tequila and lime. The fun starts at noon, and features live musical performances from Able Delilah, Jess Spires, and Phoenix Rose to get the party started, then DJ Regs begins spinning hits from the 90s, hip-hop and Top 40 at 3:00 p.m.

Festival goers can sample margaritas from over 30 competitors between 3:00-7:00 p.m. The winner of the Best Margarita in Dallas will be announced at 8:00 p.m. The food court and retail shops will be open as well, rounding out the occasion and creating a food, shopping, and margarita fiesta! Tickets are available on Eventbrite, and proceeds benefit Oak Cliff Furry Friends – a non-profit organization for homeless pets in DFW. This is one you don’t want to miss!
